Yes we welcome everyone, unfortunately we do not have disabled toilet access at the moment, we plan to have access to one in the future.

Unless stated in the activity you have booked you do not need to bring anything with you, but an apron or old shirt is advised as some workshops can get messy

No but we do have a small kitchen so we offer a limited selection of hot/cold drinks and snacks which is included in the price of the booking.

For parties and events we use outside catering which is by POA

Payments

We advise to book through the website due to planning ahead, but we are happy to welcome you on the day and can take cash or card payment unless the workshops are fully booked up.

Once you sign up to a monthly membership a payment plan through Direct debit will be set up, if you wish to cancel the membership you will have to give a months notice from the payment date

We do not offer refunds and cancellations on our workshops, art classes, clubs or events if you cancel.  This is down to two reasons – firstly we always require a minimum number of attendees to deliver the workshops, art classes, clubs and events to be cost effective and therefore run and secondly materials are purchased in advance. Please bear this in mind when booking yourself or on someone else’s behalf.

About Us

Yes everyone who works for or facilitates for The Living Room is Enhanced DBS checked

As the hub for Living Communities we adopt a person-centered approach, meaning we customise our support to the individual rather than forcing people to fit a rigid system. We proactively offer “reasonable adjustments”—such as flexible workshops, a sensory-friendly environment, or modified communication methods—to prevent anyone from being disadvantaged.
