Refund & Cancellation Policy
Workshops, Art Classes, Clubs & Events at The Living Room
We do not offer refunds and cancellations on our workshops, art classes, clubs or events if you cancel. This is down to two reasons – firstly we always require a minimum number of attendees to deliver the workshops, art classes, clubs and events to be cost effective and therefore run and secondly materials are purchased in advance. Please bear this in mind when booking yourself or on someone else’s behalf.
If we have to cancel a session or event due to not enough attendees or other reasons that are not within our control, an alternative date may/will be offered. If this is not possible or you are unable to make the alternative date, a full refund will be given.
Parties & Private Events
Private Events are expected to be paid in full two weeks prior to the event taking place. If we have not received payment in full before your event, unless otherwise agreed, it will not take place. Cancellation less than two weeks before the date of the event will be charged in full even within circumstances out of your control. Cancellation with two or more weeks notice will not be charged.
Parties are to be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellation less than two weeks before the date of the party will be charged in full due to the purchase and preparation of materials prior to the party. Cancellation with two or more weeks notice will be refunded in full.
